Sensitivity

You can set how sensitive the application will be regarding door opening.

You can find this parameter in app's settings - Advanced

You can choose from different values:

Normal

• Normal sensitivity (most reliable)
• Recommended where higher reliability is more important. It may be possible to open the door with a weaker reader signal.

Lower

• Lower Sensitivity
• Recommended where a more security is required. The reader signal must be stronger for the door to open.

Lowest

• Lowest sensitivity (most secure)
• Recommended where the most security is required. The reader signal must be very strong and it’s more likely the door opening will be refused. If this happens, bring your phone closer to the reader.

You may exclude specific devices from these global settings and apply specific settings to tem, individually per device, in Exceptions.
