- If you need to factory reset the device and you don’t want to lose all your settings, save your configuration
- After the factory reset, you can upload your configuration back and save it
- To eliminate any potential issues, please keep your firmware up to date
- Please, visit www.2n.cz where you can download the latest firmware, download it and simply upload the firmware file through the web interface
- If you have an issue, you can download logs and your configuration which you can then send to our technical support along with a detailed description of the issue at https://support.2n.cz/
