Door lock issue in 2N IP Intercom - Door lock does not open after dialing 00

There are several reasons why you can not use code 00 for opening the door:

  1. This code can be entered only from your phone (IP phone, softphone, etc.). It can not be entered from keypad of 2N IP Intercom
  2. The code for opening the door has to be confirmed with * (00*) - this depends on the parameter "Legacy switch code" as you can see in the picture below. If the parameter is checked, then the code can be entered without being confirmed with *.
  3. Check the DTMF settings in 2N IP Intercom configuration - go to section "Services - Phone - Audio" and allow all 3 types of DTMF sending modes.
