Electric locks - Difference between locks in 2N IP Intercom accesories
- There are six types of locks in 2N IP Intercom accessories:
- 932071E BEFO 11211 12V / 230 mA DC
- 932081E BEFO 11221 12V / 230 mA DC with momentum pin
- 932091E BEFO 11211MB 12V / 230 mA DC with mechanical blocking
- 932061E BEFO 211211 door signalling, low consumption 12V / 230mA
- 932072E BEFO 31211 fail-safe 12V / 170mA DC
- 932062E BEFO 321211 fail-safe, door signalling 12V / 170mA
Type a – this is ordinary electric lock that is opened by connecting 12V to its terminals - it stays unlocked until voltage is present
Type b – this lock is opened by 12V on its terminals, but it stays opened even when voltage is disconnected. It stays unlocked till somebody went through the door – so it can be unlocked only by short voltage impulse
Type c – this lock is the same as type 1, but there is mechanical switch on its body that allows to unlock it permanently
Type d - a regular lock with a built-in contact to indicate whether the door is open or closed.
Type e - the failsafe lock is closed when electricity is switched on. When electricity is interrupted, the lock is opened.
Type f - the failsafe lock is closed when electricity is switched on. When electricity is interrupted, the lock is opened. It contains a built-in contact to indicate whether the door is open or closed.
