  • A detailed description of the given problem and its origin in verbal form to facilitate replication.
  • The configuration file downloaded from the given BRI gateway.
  • The version of the configuration tool that was used to configure the given BRI gateway
  • List of AT commands ati3 and ati4 entered in the Terminal menu of the configuration tool or hyperterminal
  • Full Trace of the given problem if possible to log the problem All this information will help us quickly diagnose and find a solution to your problem. Thank you for your understanding.
