How to report technical issue on 2N® OfficeRoute?

Please send us:

  • Exact problem description
  • Firmware version
  • Serial Number
  • Configuration file
  • Download logs from the device
  • Ethereal (Wireshark) trace in case of a VoIP (RTP) problem (specially if there is a problem in communication between SIP phones and SIP proxy inside OFR)
  • Called party and calling party numbers (if relevant)
  • Any information which you think might help us to solve the issue
