Please send us:
- Exact problem description
- Firmware version
- Serial Number
- Configuration file
- Download logs from the device
- Ethereal (Wireshark) trace in case of a VoIP (RTP) problem (specially if there is a problem in communication between SIP phones and SIP proxy inside OFR)
- Called party and calling party numbers (if relevant)
- Any information which you think might help us to solve the issue
