I am not able to connect to the configuration interface of device
I have changed the IP address of the OfficeRoute and I am not able to connect to the new IP from my web browser.
- If you use DHCP server of OfficeRoute, you have to change the settings of the server.
- Connect OfficeRoute directly to the ethernet port of your computer
- Change your network settings not using DHCP - set up the IP address of your computer from the same subnet of IP address of OfficeRoute. For example: You have set up the new IP of OfficeRoute to 192.168.200.1. Set up the IP address of computer to 192.168.200.2.
- Open web browser and enter 192.168.200.1
- Login to the OfficeRoute as Admin
- Go to the Network --- DHCP server and modify the settings of DHCP server (Start address, End address, Router option and DNS option) in accordance to the new IP address of Office Route.
- Change your computer´s network settings to DHCP
- If you do not use DHCP server of Office route, set up the IP address of you computer from the same subnet of IP address of OfficeRoute. For example: You have set up the new IP of OfficeRoute to 192.168.200.1. Set up the IP address of computer to 192.168.200.2.
