Recording - How to record the calls on VoIP trunk and PRI interface

This section of FAQ describes how to set call recording on trunk interfaces when Netstar is used as GSM Gateway/PBX Booster.

All the records can be stored in internal memory of Netstar/MMC card/external storage.

In this FAQ we will set call recording on internal memory of Netstar and MMC. The settings of external storage are described here.

First of all it is necessary to upload valid license to enable call recording.

Important! Netstar is able to record only 20 concurrent calls.  The higher amount of concurrent calls can cause overload of CPU.

Then select PRI/SIP port, go to the section Properties --> Recording and set all the parameters according to the figure below:

Important! The internal memory of Netstar has limited capacity. So it is necessary to set such parameters like Item life, Number of items, Delete oldest achieving quota.
