Technical issue - How to report an issue?

First check if you are using latest version of firmware at VoiceBlue Lite Download section

If there is still issue with new firmware version please contact us at http://support.2n.cz with all requested information:

• Detail description of problem

• Configuration file downloaded from VoiceBlue Lite gateway (Download parameters and use File/Save as)

• Configuration tool version which is used for that gateway configuration in case you have issue with loading/saving parameters and control of configuration tool

• Trace of described issue
