Upgrade - from firmware 1.19 and lower to firmware 1.22 and higher

As there are some bigger changes in routing system in firmware 1.22 then some configuration setup might be not transferred correctly. The factory reset is recommended but small configuration adjustment is usually enough. To this date we met two issues. You can see bellow how to fix them.

Calls are not passing

1. Check LCR table that correct routes are set and that they are interconnecting fix network with mobile network.
2. Check GSM Outgoing Group settings and specially some parameters marked bellow. The screenshot is showing most common mis-configuration.
   
   
   The next picture is removing limits and allowing SIM usage whole day.
   

No ringback tone

Check Delay for alerting in GSM outgoing groups. If there is 0 then ring-back tone is switched off. The default value is 3.
