Requirements for VLC
Open address "rtsp://<intercom_ip_address>/mjpeg_stream" in the Media / Open Network Stream menu. Then click on the options at the Play button. Choose Convert.
Click on the Edit selected profile button to set up video parameters. Then set the destination for the file.

Open the address of any of the above mentioned video streams that the audio stream is part of - use codec G.711 ulaw.
Disable the video stream via the Video Stream Enabled parameter.
