Basic Settings

Fill your Cisco Jabber account to the Phone Number.

Switch SIP Transport Protocol to TCP

Set only one audio codec - PCMU

Set only one video codec - H.264 and set H.264 Payload Type (1) to 126, H.264 Payload Type (2) to 0.

Enable Legacy Switch Code

2N IP Intercom has to be restarted to apply configured parameters.

No settings is required. We were not able to transmit DTMF sign * so only the first code at the switch is available.

Type "sip:IP_Address_of_2N_IP_Intercom" to call to 2N IP Intercom.

Known Interoperability Issues

2N IP Intercom has an internal IP address and Cisco Jabber an internal IP address

If call is terminated from the Cisco Jabber party, BYE is not trasferred to 2N IP Intercom. Call is terminated at the Call Time Limit parameter in menu Services / Phone / Calls.
It is not possible to call from Cisco Jabber to 2N IP Intercom.
Sometimes media are transferred via Cisco Server - they are sent from 2N IP Intercom to Cisco Server but not from Cisco Server to Cisco Jabber.

SDP from Cisco Jabber contains its internal IP address - media from 2N IP Intercom are not delivered to Cisco Jabber.

An internal IP address is an address in the range of 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255, 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 or 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
