Direct Call

Setting of 2N IP Intercom

Connect to the 2N IP Intercom intercom web configurator. Create new user in menu Directory/Users and set IP address. MicroSIP an IP address 10.27.61.1, set the Phone Number to sip:10.27.61.1 – see the picture below.

Go to menu Hardware/Buttons/Quick Dial Buttons and add user to main unit buttons.

To recieve calls from MicroSIP application it is important to change Call anwering mode to Automatic in Services / Phone / Call settings.

For Direct Call write down IP_ADDRESS_OF_YOUR_INTERCOM and push the button for direct call (with video or without video) to your 2N IP Intercom.

Setting of 2N IP Intercom

To set your 2N IP Intercom device to communicate with SIP over your SIP Proxy (or PBX), you need to fill in credentials like Phone number, password and IP address of your SIP Proxy like in following picture. In this case IP address of SIP proxy is 10.27.50.40 and Phone Number is 2108.

In next step it is needed to create users with MicroSIP which will be called from 2N IP Intercom, in Directory / Users.

Go to menu Hardware/Buttons/Quick Dial Buttons and add user to main unit buttons.

To connect your MicroSIP application to SIP proxy (or PBX) SIP account must be created first. In Options chose Add Account... to create new account.

In next screen fill in your credentials in to the SIP proxy (or PBX) on following picture Username/Phone number is 1016 Domain/IP address of SIP proxy 10.27.50.40.

Now you can call the extension (with video or without video) in the main screen of MicroSIP application.
