As this camera does not support resolutions 640×480 or 320×240, there is the nearest usable resolution 352×288 in Sub stream.

Open IP address of your FLIR camera in your web browser and login by default credentials, or by others, if you already set any. Open menu Camera / Video and enable Sub Stream. You can use Encode Mode H.264B, or MJPEG. Then you must chose compatible resolution 352×288.

To setup FLIR camera as External Camera in 2N IP Intercom open its IP address in your web browser and login by default credentials, or by others, if you already set any. Navigate to menu Hardware / Camera / External Camera and enable it using check box. Fill in the RTSP Stream Address, which it is rtsp://<camera IP address>/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1 for the Sub Stream and Username with Password.
