2N OS Firmware versions with the same or similar version numbers may not support 2N Fortis products (Electronic locks).

All versions are listed in the official download section —
make sure to select the version that explicitly mentions 2N Fortis or Electronic locks in the name of firmware.

  • Do not use Internet Update.
  • Always download the firmware manually and check that it is intended to support 2N Fortis (Electronic locks).

Installing the wrong version will work on 2N OS device, but 2N Fortis (Electronic locks) functionality will not be available.
