Cancels emergency alarm.

CTI_IE_GROUP

ID of group that should have emergency alarm canceled. For each group there can be only one alarm configured, so there is no need to specify emergency alarm for cancelation. It is necessary to cancel this alarm before it is initiated. If the station is already ringing, it is too late to cancel it.
