4.17.28 CTI_IE_QUEUE_POSITION
Description | Position of the call-leg in the queue. This number does not represent the absolute position in the queue but rather the priority with which it is selected. There can be “holes” among these priorities. This is to save traffic between PBX and the client application. If it contained absolute position it would be necessary to send information on several ca;;-legs at once when picking up from the queue. | |
