4.3.2 CTI HOOK for call_id

This hook is registered for a specific call ID (see 7.2), and the hook expires with the end of the call. Upon registration of this type of hook PBX will always send CTI_CALL_INFO_IND with complete information on call_id. In this type of hook it is not necessary to request the status of call_id using the CTI_GET_STATE_REQ message. This is to save traffic between PBX and the client application.
