6.1 Troubleshooting

No LED is shining on 2N® VoiceBlue Next.

  • 2N® VoiceBlue Next is disconnected from the power supply.

2N® VoiceBlue Next fails to log in to the GSM network.

  • Check the SIM card.
  • Check the PIN.
  • Check the antenna connection.
  • Select a place with a good GSM signal.

2N® VoiceBlue Next is not communicating with the PC.

  • Check the Ethernet cable connection and the Ethernet interface settings in your PC.
