In case you have found some problems with the device, please report it to https://support.2n.cz/. If you do not have access informations, contact your account manager. Reported issue should contain following information:
- Please describe us your problem in detail, so that we will be able to replicate the behaviour based on that description.
- Exact problem description
- Serial Number
- Firmware version
- Hardware version (PCB)
- Configuration - list of all changed default parameters and their values
- Any information that you think might help us to solve the issue
