My2N - Ports, Domains and Codecs Overview

If everything below is set up properly, your network does not block anything and you are still not able to establish a proper connection, please check whether SIP ALG is enabled on your router and disable it. Restart your router


Minimum upload and download speed: 640 kbps + some reserve

2N devices require standard internet access in order to use My2N services. There is no need to configure your firewall or NAT unless you use the standard settings. If your internet connectivity is fully blocked by a firewall or NAT, you need to permit the following and also configure your device in a way it matches the required codecs listed below:
