How to report technical issue - 2N® SmartCom/2N® SmartCom PRO
For quick answer follow these orders:
- Load configuration (if it is possible with SIM card log in), It will show important data (Serial number, Firmware version)
- Go to tab "own AT commands"
- To "AT command" row put command AT^SCERR?
- Confirm by "Send"
- Afterwards it will show the status of issue
- Once it is done, please do print screen
- Do print screen of sheet "General".
- Right now please go to the website https://support.2n.cz and write a short notice of the issue.
- In case of some difficulties with ports RS-232, RS-485/M-bus, do print screen of their lists and go to the page https://support.2n.cz .
