How to provide all information to effectively resolve a technical issue on 2N® EasyGate
Dear customers,
In case you have found some problems on the device, please report it to support@2n.cz with the following information:
- Please give us a detailed description how the problem could be simulated.
- Send us the current configuration of the device.
- Send us information about FW version and the serial number.
- Send us information which device is connected to the gateway (PBX, G3 FAX, analogue phone)
- In case of a problem with the progress tones, please send a record of it.
- In case of FAX problems, tell us how is the line LED blinking on outgoing/incoming FAX.
