How to provide all information to effectively resolve a technical issue on 2N® EasyGate

Dear customers,

In case you have found some problems on the device, please report it to support@2n.cz with the following information:

  1. Please give us a detailed description how the problem could be simulated.
  2. Send us the current configuration of the device.
  3. Send us information about FW version and the serial number.
  4. Send us information which device is connected to the gateway (PBX, G3 FAX, analogue phone)
  5. In case of a problem with the progress tones, please send a record of it.
  6. In case of FAX problems, tell us how is the line LED blinking on outgoing/incoming FAX.
