License - What information is needed for generating license?

1. If you want us to provide you with extension your license key, send us results of ATI4 command from HyperTerminal or Putty

2. use the configuration tool, section Gateway control > Firmware / Licence , Information about gateway licence, Load from gateway

The license request has to be sent over the ticketing system at: http://support.2n.cz/. If you don not have login details, please contact our customer care department or our account manager.
