- Check the power supply and battery status.

All of the LED indicators are on on 2N® EasyGate IP, there is no active call on the line (data LED is on as set in SIP settings). | - Turn off and on again, the LEDs should go off in 3 s and indicate the current device state.

2N® EasyGate IP does not log in. | - Check the SIM card insertion.
- Check the inserted SIM card for PIN request.
- Check the antenna connection.
- Make sure that the installation site has a good network signal.

No tone can be heard after off-hook. | - Check the telephone line connection.
- The device may not be initialized after the start (approx. 20 s after power up).
- Check the power and wireless failure settings in the Service / Signaling folder.

2N® EasyGate IP does not communicate with the PC via USB. | - Check whether the switch is in turning-on position 0/I.
- Check the power supply and battery status.
- Unlock USB using the RESET button if the 2N® EasyGate IP setting allows so. If not, reset the factory default values.
- Use 2N® Elevator Center for login to the device.
