5.8 Reports

Summary data on added users can be downloaded from the Reports menu. The downloaded files are in the CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. The file name always includes the report generation date and time.

Note

  • The CSV file may not be shown correctly in some speadsheet programs that use different separators. In such cases, it is recommended that you import the CSV file into an open book.

Mobile Key – paired and unpaired users with pairing time remaining

The report provides data on the paired/unpaired MobileKey users and/or the active pairing code validity. 

Users – access rules with groups, zones, devices and time profiles

The report provides data on user assignments to groups, accesses to zones/zone devices as well as user access time profiles accesses. Each combination is written on just one chart row.

Users – detailed export

The report provides all information on users obtained from their profiles, including their personal and access data.

Users – global synchronisation export (users with User Number assigned)

Caution

  • The file includes sensitive data!

The report provides basic information on the users with the User Number assigned. The file is in a format suitable for synchronizing users from a local file or from the repository, see 3.7 Synchronisation.  The modified data can be re-synchronized with the original Access Commander to make bulk changes to user settings. It is possible to transfer the report data into another Access Commander.
