License extension - I need to extend my license for 2N® StarGate or 2N® BlueTower. What information should I give you?

1. Please send us the response to the ATI4 command from HyperTerminal or Putty
2. Use the PRI configuration tool, section Gateway Control > Firmware / License , Gateway Lock Information, Upload from Gateway
