 Requirements for 2N IP Intercom Settings

  • For video, enable the Polycom compatibility mode and set RTP Payload type (1) to 0, RTP Payload type (2) to 99 in the Advanced Settings / Video Codecs menu.
  • Enable the Enable switch control by http parameter in the Advanced Settings / Miscellaneous menu.
  • For video, disable the Media termination point required in CUCM parameter.

First create an IP Phone Service for opening the door, then associate this service with 7985.

How to Open Door from Phone

Press the Line button, either in the idle state or during the call.

 

Choose the Door Open option.

 

 

After the door has been opened, an informational message will be shown.
