2.5 Overview of LED Indicators

The status of 2N EasyGate IP is signaled by the LED indicators on the device upper side. Refer to the table below for the statuses.

LED Indicators


Power supply

  • Blue – mains power
  • Blue/green flashing for 1.8 s, followed by 0.2s pause – problem with 2N Lift1 setup
  • Red – HW error

When an HW error is indicated by a red LED, request rectification or compensation from your distributor.

  • Green – battery power
  • Yellow – battery removal required, two-year life exceeded
  • Yellow flashing once in 1 s (0.5 s/0.5 s) – battery error
  • No light – device off


Network




  • Blue – primary SIM card used
  • Yellow – secondary SIM card used
Function:
  • Light on – connected to network
  • Flashing once in 1 s – disconnected from network, SIM card detected
  • Flashing once in 3 s – disconnected from network, no response from SIM
  • Flashing 4 times in 1 s, followed by 1s pause – PIN is required for access to SIM card
  • Flashing 8 times, followed by 1s pause – inserted SIM is locked, enter PUK to unlock it
  • Continuous flashing –  two unsuccessful PIN entering attempts. 2N EasyGate IP does not allow another attempt to avoid SIM card blocking.

Tip

  • You can use your mobile phone for another entering of the PIN code.


Line

  • Blue – SIP call
  • Green – VoLTE call
  • Yellow – call via a mobile voice channel
  • White – programming, sending information to 2N Lift1, modem connection.
Function:
  • No light – on-hook
  • Flashing once in 1 s – on-hook, dialing / incoming call (ringing) in progress
  • Light on – active call


Data

  • No light – no IP address assigned (check SIM settings)
  • Blue – data available, device added to 2N Elevator Center account, SIP registered
  • Blue 0.25 s, pause 2.5 s – IP address assigned, data unavailable (check device APN settings
    or provider’s data availability)

  • Blue 0.5 s/0.5 s – data available, 2N Elevator Center disabled or device not added to EC
    account, SIP not registered

  • Blue twice in 2.75 s (0.25 s/0.25 s, pause 2 s) – data available, device added to 2N Elevator
    Center account, SIP registration in progress, but SIP not registered (check SIP settings)

  • Yellow – data available, device added to 2N Elevator Center account, SIP not registered
  • Green – data available, 2N Elevator Center disabled or device not added to 2N Elevator
    Center account, SIP registered

  • Green twice in 2.75 s (0.25 s/0.25 s) – data available, 2N Elevator Center disabled or device
    not added to 2N Elevator Center account, SIP registration in progress, but SIP not registered (check SIP settings)


Signal

Indication of signal strength (LED count) and used technology (first LED color)

  • Yellow – 2G (−104, −98, −89, −80 dB)
  • Green – 3G (−106, −100, −90, −80 dB)
  • Blue – 4 G (−100, −90, −80, −70 dB)
