6.1 Button Functions

There are three types of the device button press:

  • short press,
  • long press,
  • simultaneous long press of two buttons.

The control options in the basic home screen display are as follows:

Short press

Outgoing call to device A (see the note below for setting details).

Long press

Outgoing call to device B (see the note below for setting details).

Short press

Unlocks device A lock (see the note below for setting details).

Long press

Unlocks device B lock (see the note below for setting details).

Short press

Increases volume by one level (after the upper limit is reached, it goes to the lowest value – value rotation)
Upon a volume level change, the device plays the new volume level sound. The sound signaling is shown as a percentage on the display.
The volume level is the same for all states and sounds.
When the lowest volume level is selected (mute), the mute signaling is displayed in all states except for the Idle mode.

Long press

The Ringtone Setting menu is displayed.

Simultaneous long press of both buttons

Activates/deactivates the Device Lock.

The Settings Menu is displayed.

Tip

Check Start call with a short press to set device A and check Start call with a long press to set device B in the Device web configuration.
